Our Pastor

Daniel Norton was raised in New Hampshire and accepted Christ as a young child. After graduating high school, he joined the United States Marine Corps. While serving in Hawaii, God called him to the mission field. After leaving the Marine Corps he received a teaching degree in Tennessee. It was during this time that he met and married his wife, Christina. Christina grew up in northern Georgia and accepted Christ as a young teenager. After high school she received her degree in education. 

After their marriage they left for the country of Kyrgyzstan where they served for four years with an orphanage ministry. Next God sent them temporarily to Aviano, Italy, where Daniel served as the pastor of Calvary Baptist Church for eighteen months. As the permanent missionary replaced them, they moved over to serve in southwestern Slovenia and Italy until God directed them to return to Calvary Baptist Church in Aviano. They have five children serving with them. 

Their desire is for people to come to salvation and have a personal relationship with God, for the believers to grow in their walk with God, for families to be strengthened and to grow together in the Lord, and for the Gospel to preached to across the world.
